No Guarantee of Correctness: SiteLenz utilizes artificial intelligence models, including Google's on-device Gemini Nano and cloud-based Vertex AI Gemini 1.5 Flash ("AI Models"), to analyze webpage text and generate answers.

Inherent Limitations of AI: You acknowledge and agree that AI Models are statistical and probabilistic in nature. They do not "know" facts in the human sense and can generate responses that are incorrect, incomplete, inaccurate, out-of-date, or misleading (commonly referred to as "AI hallucinations").

Verification Duty: You are solely responsible for independently verifying any information generated by the Application before relying on it, particularly for financial, legal, medical, professional, or critical decisions.

5. Privacy and Data Handling

Local Processing: When using "Local AI Mode" (Gemini Nano), your webpage scraping and text analyses are processed entirely locally on your device, ensuring complete privacy.

Cloud Processing: When using "Cloud AI Mode," text snippets, URLs, and page images are securely transmitted to your designated GCP backend processor to execute Gemini 1.5 Flash visual/text inference. By using Cloud Mode, you consent to this temporary, secure transfer of context data.

No Sale of Data: We do not sell, rent, or lease your data to third parties.

6. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Application following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
